Very light trading volume, typical for the holiday-abbreviated week. As a result, prices finished neutral or slightly higher, as upward price bias is also typical of Thanksgiving week. 

Most of our stocks were slight gainers, adding to gains or at least reducing losses. 

The week following Thanksgiving often sees big price moves – either direction – so we will see what transpires, given contrary data such as consumer confidence plunging but retailers reporting surprisingly good sales last week. Market pundit opinions also vary – some forecasting the recession will worsen in first half of 2023, some predicting a year-end rally and some both, so it’s anyone’s guess how stock prices will move in the final 4 weeks of 2022.
